In such a case, first try to contact the producer by all possible ways. This means: phone call, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messages.

If after a time of 30 minutes you don’t receive any response from the producer, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Facebook Messenger.

Please allow another 30 Minutes for a response by us.

If the scene can still happen depends on multiple factors like:

• Are there other scenes planned that day or the following days
• Is there any other flight available in a reasonable timeframe and for a acceptable price

Therefore the only solution is to talk to the producer directly and find a solution.

Please note that if you are responsible for being late (overslept, party the night before, etc) you might be liable for the losses of the producer (flight accommodation, production costs).

Only in case of external factors like unforeseeable traffic jam, canceled trains or flights, weather anomalies, etc. you are not liable for losses.
