In such a case, first try to contact the producer by all possible ways. This means: phone call, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messages, VK.

If after a time of 30 minutes you don’t receive any response from the producer, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Facebook Messenger.

Please allow another 30 Minutes for a response by us.

If the scene can still happen depends on multiple factors like:

• Are there other scenes planned that day or the following days
• Is everything still the way the producer intended the shooting, like light conditions, booked locations or makeup artists etc.

Therefore the only solution is to talk to the producer directly and find a solution.
